LEWISTON (WGME) — Two brothers are facing drug trafficking charges after police say they found crack and fentanyl inside their Lewiston home.
Police say they searched a home at 108 Pierce Street on Tuesday and found 12 grams of crack cocaine, 10 grams of fentanyl, two guns, including a handgun that had been reported as stolen, and over $15,000 in suspected drug proceeds.
Police they then arrested 26-year-old Haji Haji, who was on probation for drug trafficking, and his brother, 22-year-old Ali Haji, both of Lewiston.
Haji Haji was charged with aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs. Ali Haji was charged with aggravated trafficking of schedule drugs, theft by receiving stolen property, and criminal forfeiture.
The brothers were taken to the Androscoggin County Jail.
Police say Haji Haji is being held on $15,000 bail in addition to his probation hold and Ali Haji is being held on $25,000 bail.
