The European Union Aviation Safety Agency advised all European airlines to avoid Israeli and Lebanese airspace on Saturday, following Israel’s targeted killing of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah and the ensuing rise in military exchanges. The recommendation has led to the grounding of dozens of flights between Europe and Israel, leaving thousands of travelers stranded abroad and thousands more unable to leave Israel.
