Hub aims to facilitate sharing of information and resources when it formally launches next year
An initiative supporting European endeavours to provide open access to research papers via the ‘diamond’ funding model has been “soft launched” ahead of its official planned launch in January 2025.
Under the diamond model, papers are made freely available to readers at no cost to their authors, with the cost instead covered by broader institutional funding.
